Furthers the development of the arts and educational programming, builds new audiences, and grows revenue through the development of art education classes, art & theater-based camps, interactive facility tours, scout offerings, workshops & gallery experiences for both youth and adult programs while meeting budget goals.
- Art Education - Created and produced in-house, month long youth summer camp programs with marketable productions for the Village Theater. Has consistently increased the amount of youth participation in these summer programs, the total number of summer programs offered to the community, and the number of audience members brought in from outside youth groups and summer camps resulting in increased program revenue.
- Oversees the Interactive Theater Tour program/school field trips and works closely with both K-12 teachers and theater staff to customize the program to meet the desired curriculum requirements and to provide appropriate age level programming to participants. Additionally, leads and instructs the Art Gallery portion of the tour.
- Teaches monthly creative adult art workshops within the gallery space.
- Leads quarterly Art Walks throughout Cherry Hill Village including a guided tour of the Gallery at Cherry Hill and the current month's art exhibit.
- Created Canton Leisure Services Scout Program and instructs badge workshops and offers special events to elementary and middle school Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts in a wide variety of interest areas to meet their interests and fulfill their badge requirements.
- Culture Arts and Special Events Coordination - Primary lead for all aspects of larger scale community and cultural events supported by and/ or held at the Village Theater including Chinese Spring Festival, International Festival (at Liberty Fest), Salute to Service and the Youth Arts Fair.
- Responsibilities include performer, artist, and keynote speaker selections; heading up associated committees and meetings leading up to events; overseeing all performance set-ups and supplementary information tables and displays; communication and coordination with attending government officials and their staff; script writing and onstage program content; stage management backstage during programs, and supervision of program staff and volunteers.
- Provide additional support for contracted performers including coordination and execution of band riders for hospitality, accommodations and transportation, day of performance needs, catering and seat holds.
- Marketing - Regularly track ticket sales and program numbers providing marketing support as needed. Provide extensive Facebook and Instagram presence including event creation, regular posts, video content and paid boosts as needed. Send e-blasts for marketing of programs and performances through Constant Contact and also Cherry Notes e-newsletter.

- Providing Village Theater's Discover content, calendars, ads, edits, and attend additional meetings with designer
- Work with Marketing department monthly to provide all Village Theater content for the Focus and Focus calendar as well as written content, images and links for the Cherry Notes e-newsletter and monthly Art Exhibition Flyer
- Regular coordination of video promos and interviews with Cable Department
- Scheduling of interviews with subjects and locations, researching and designing pertinent interview questions and then interviewing subjects off camera during filming, provide input on vision, theme, and intent of shoot, provide materials as needed, distribution of completed product through e-blasts, social media, interviewees, and Marketing department
- Provide on air on camera interviews for promotional purposes including Channel 7, 88.1 the Park, Canton Contact, and video interviews for Art Education programs.
- Gallery Coordination - Overseeing all aspects of monthly gallery art exhibits including communication with exhibiting artists, managing all legal paperwork such as contracts, W-9s, insurance waivers and product inventory.
- Performing monthly art installations and loading out of art work
- Art sales and associated communication; running monthly opening art receptions
- Performing video interviews in conjunction with the cable department for promoting exhibit and gallery
- Performing marketing duties for monthly exhibits.
- Responsible for monthly art workshops including leading/instructing of workshops or coordinating and organizing specialty artist contractors to teach participants during the workshop.
- Provides private gallery tours as requested.
- Administrative Assistant/Clerical Support - Perform daily reports including ticket liability, art sales, concessions and program registration through multiple platforms. Experience with the handling of cash and deposits, receivables & payables, expense & revenue reporting, box office management including ticketed event setup and internal theater scheduling calendars. Preparation of contracts for theater rentals. Purchasing of supplies for multiple areas of theater including arts education, gallery, concessions and facilities.

Led and managed all programming aspects for the Preschool Department including in-house and contracted preschool classes, camps, special events and programs. Supervised all in-house preschool staff as well as oversaw contracted service providers. Met regularly with instructors to review and provide feedback for class curriculum, teaching techniques and departmental training. Continued to team teach with other instructors in classes. Worked within allotted budget to create high quality and unique programming for families of children ages 0-5 years of age.
